We are a group of long-time designers and developers from agency, freelance and startup backgrounds. We wanted a workplace with minimal hierarchy and complete focus on craft, so we built Caravan as a platform for doing interesting, challenging work.

As an entirely bootstrapped, empoyee-owned cooperative, Caravan enables each of us to become personally responsible for our success, and we're bringing this entrepreneurial spirit to all our client engagements.
